We all kinda knew that all hell will break loose on the day that Arya decides to eliminate Abarnathy. It was a day that most of us were terrified of – but knew it would come.
With only three spots left on Arya’s Enga Veetu Mapillai, Arya was faced with the daunting task of eliminating two girls. He chose to say goodbye to Swetha and Abarnathy – while Susanna, Agatha, and Seetha Lakshmi made the Top 3.
Swetha, even though heartbroken, accepted Arya’s decision and wished him well. Abarnathy, however, said she doesn’t accept the elimination and will not leave the place.

It wasn’t only Abarnathy who couldn’t accept Arya’s decision to eliminate her. Her throngs of fans on Instagram and Twitter burst into anger and started calling Arya names.
They said he was stupid to eliminate her because she’s the only one on the show who truly loves him.
Some of them accused Arya of playing with girls’ feelings on the show:
Others blamed the nature of the show itself, where every week, some girl inevitably gets hurt.
Some were on Arya’s side and did not take Abarnathy’s tears seriously.
However, we have to agree with mrs_shani19 here, who pointed out that the girls knew what they were signing up for when they joined Enga Veetu Mapillai.
