Losliya Mariyanesan, who rose to fame after her appearance in Bigg Boss Tamil 3, is currently working on her first movie Friendship with the former iconic Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh. The former Sri Lankan news anchor has been roped in as the lead in the film.
The first look of Friendship was released during the lockdown. The film is helmed by John Paul Raj and Sham Sundar, who earlier directed Chennaiyil Oru Naal 2 and Agni Devi respectively. It is touted to be a campus thriller film.

The film will be released in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu. On the music front, DM Udhayakumar will be composing the music. It is slated to release in August 2020 and also stars Arjun Sarja.
