Shruti Haasan has been making the most of quarantine by doing several interesting activities. Apart from cooking sumptuous dishes and doing household chores, she is also working out at the comfort of her home. Recently, she discovered a new hobby.
While the entire world is getting used to wearing face masks to protect themselves from the novel coronavirus, Shruti is taking active steps in making this interesting. Instead of using solid coloured face masks, the actress is giving it her own spin with her DIY decorations.
Recently, she took to Instagram to share a photo of herself wearing a black face mask. She sewed colourful butterfly buttons to the mask and made it look interesting. Shruti wrote, “Because my mask needed (sic),” followed by butterfly and heart emoticons.
This is not the first time Shruti has decorated her mask. Earlier, she decorated her face mask with gold beads that gave a sassy look to her. The Katamarayudu actress captioned the photo saying, “WEAR A MASK and make it your own while you’re at it. I’ve had so much fun with my little experiments can’t wait to try out something else next (sic).”
It looks like Shruti has discovered a new passion for sewing and is putting it to good use during the lockdown. She is also quite active on social media giving her fans a glimpse of her lockdown life.
On the work front, Shruti is waiting for the release of her Tamil film, Laabam. Directed by SP Jananathan, the film stars Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role. She is also waiting to resume work of her upcoming Telugu film titled Krack starring Ravi Teja.
