Romantic comedies are a concoction of light- hearted humour with a touch of romantic sequels. It’s a genre that is instantly a hit with its audiences. As the saying goes, “laughter is the best medicine,” and there’s absolutely nothing better than a good laugh over a good comedy. New comer director Martin R. Chanteran has produced his first film featuring a new age Rom-Com based on romantic conflicts millennials are often involved in. Hero Friend-U is a movie penned by Mitchell R. Chanteran and Martin R. Chanteran, himself.
The movie is presented by Muralikrishnan Muniam staring many talented new comers and long time prodigious actors in the Malaysian film industry. Venpa‘s heartthrob Thevaguru Suppiah plays the lead alongside Ravin Rao Santheran, currently acting in Malaysia’s no.1 horror thriller series Kalvanai Kandupidi. The other co-stars are Sharath Nair or glamorously known as Shabby, Kavitha Sinniah, Cellina Jay Saravanakumaran, Devakanni, Shaharuddin, Senthil Kumaran Muniandy, Dhilip Kumar, Eshwaran NK, Thiruvaluvan NK, Pramilla and Martin R.Chanteran.

One of the co-stars, Saha took to his Instagram account dropping the bombshell that the teaser is launched and released by Denes Kumar, actor and producer of Veedu Production. The film is produced by Dove-Eyes Production in collaboration with Jhangri Production House and Chanteran Studios. Songs in this film are sung by Sheezay and Shane Xtreme while its sound mixing and design is by Kash Villianz.
