Charity has never been more fashionable! Do you adore the glamorous outfits worn by your favourite celebrity? Do you have an eye for fashion and style? Well, we have some exciting news coming your way! Mark your calendars for next Sunday 27th September 2020 and be geared to shop for a good cause whilst meeting and mingling with local celebrities and influencers at a charity garage sale, where the celebrities and influencers will be reselling their clothes ALL under one roof.
The good people at Black & White Events, an event company based in Kuala Lumpur initiated this event with a mission to offer financial assistance to families who have been facing financial issues due the the COVID-19 global pandemic whilst promoting a more sustainable lifestyle within the community.
This charity event is spearheaded by Prasad Chandran , Nithya RV and Priya simmi – Mrs Malaysia World 2019 & is scheduled to take place on the 27th of September 2020 from 10am to 7pm at Bungalow 37, Bangsar.
Many families have been thrown into the sea of struggle, suffering to survive and revive back from the effects brought by the global COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands lost their jobs forcing an immense financial crisis upon their lives and that of their families too.
there are people struggling to obtain their daily basic requirements. With these contributions, Black & White Events team aim to make their life easier by assisting them with their everyday needs.
Fifteen renowned individuals from Malaysia will be present at the garage sale to sell their pre-loved clothes for a fulfilling cause.

All profits will be contributed towards needy families. One of the family that has been identified includes a father who is imprisoned and five orphans that are being cared for by their grandmother who works as a cleaner earning RM1,500 a month. All of the five children are not attending school, while the eldest son aged 15 has become the sole breadwinner of the family.
Through this event and in the spirit of giving, black & white Events hopes to make an impact by providing the kids with the right support and care needed for their daily needs and A chance for an education they deserve.
