Nissanth Rao; A Covid-19 Patient Spreads Awareness About The Pandemic

Amidst ongoing concerns related to the coronavirus, Certified Personal Trainer (ACE), Nissanth Rao who is a Covid-19 patient came forward by uploading a video on his IGTV to spread awareness about the pandemic, which is fast spreading around the world and offer first-hand useful information to his followers.

Highlighting the gravity of the situation, Nissanth spoke about the do’s and don’ts one should bear in mind to remain safe during the lockdown period. He also revealed that the best way to deter the transmission of the infection is by isolation and stressed the importance of declaring your symptoms. Speculations about the virus was explained by Nissanth while he enlightened his followers about the reality of the virus.

On the other hand, throughout the 3-minute video, he successfully cleared myths regarding the pandemic that people have been dealing with as well.
