Dhanush More Excited About ‘Vada Chennai’ Than ‘Maari 2’

Actor Krishna, who started his journey as a child artist in Maniratnam’s Anjali is playing the second lead in Dhanush’s Maari 2 – which is directed by Balaji Mohan.

Based on his recent posts, we clearly can see that he has wrapped up shooting for his portions in the film.

Apart from him, Maari 2 – which is touted to be a sequel to the gangster film that came out in 2014 – also consist of stars like Tovino Thomas, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Krishna and Robo Shankar in important roles.

Being Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films’ production, the music of this movie is not by Wunderbar’s regular wonder kid Anirudh – who actually did the music for the previous film. Instead of him, the musical job is taken over by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Despite these exciting updates, somehow news on street is that Maari 2 star Dhanush – and also his fans – are more excited about the release of the much awaited gangster flick Vada Chennai by Vetri Maaran.
