To usher in the festival of joy with exuberance ignited with love and happiness, Astro brings us a feast of melody treating us to a melodious virtual concert Anbendra Mazhaiyile!
Astro customers can come together to celebrate this Christmas, with Anbendra Mazhaiyile, an unplugged local Tamil concert starring brilliant great musicians scheduled to air on Astro Vaanavil HD (CH 201) via TV, Astro GO and On Demand on 25th December, 9pm.

This one and a half hour music event, produced by Ratna Kumar Nadarajan from Mojo Projects Sdn Bhd and directed by Kumaran Ramasamy, features six vocal behemoths in a combination of solo, duet and group performances by Datin Seri Manimala, M. S. Breetoe, Preetha Prasad, Aanantha Rajaram, Gayathri Thandapany and Amos Paul, singing out iconic Christmas songs as well as popular movie tracks, accompanied by a live band led by local music director, Lawrance Soosai.
Ratna Kumar Nadarajan, CEO and Producer of Mojo Projects Sdn Bhd, stated that;
We are excited to present this special Christmas concert, Anbendra Mazhaiyile, following the success of the recent Deepavali unplugged retro musical show, Malarum Punnagai. We hope to continue developing the local film and music industry by featuring more of our local talents.
