The 29-year-old athlete managed to jump 2,27 metres, his best record this year at the sporting event held at Grosics Stadium.

According to My Metro, Nauraj on his win said;

“I’m ‘hungry’ for the 2.27m (jump) in Hungary! Very grateful for all the support given from coaches, wive, family and all fellow athletes around the world.”

Vasillious Konstantinou from Cyprus came to face the challenge with 2.23m in seconds placing him in the second spot.

During the 2,20-meter jump, Sylwester Bednarek from Poland emerged third. Nauraj’s record is close to its 2.30m national record set at the Singapore Open 2017.
