Ragasiyam, which translates into “secret,” is a local Tamil short film based on true events. Suria Tamilarasan, a budding artist engaged in the film industry, is directing this short film.

Suria is very active on social media and uses the platform wisely to promote his acting talent in the hopes of securing a role in front of the camera someday.

He stated that he has always wandered around in the desperate hope of grabbing an opportunity to show his talent, but none have come his way. As a result, he devised the idea of making this short film with the help of his friends and family, and he sought to provide opportunities to others who were in a similar situation as him.

This tale is said to revolve around a girl who falls victim to the world of social media, as is common in society today.

According to the team’s scriptwriter, Raji, women frequently suffer the wrongdoings that occur in the social media world. However, despite their softness and passiveness, they are capable of bouncing back and fighting against anything and everything in their bid to seek justice.

She also acknowledges her team’s sacrifices because the shooting took place during the MCO period. Even though the majority of them are youngsters, they were eager to lend their continuous commitment because they see opportunities like this as once in a lifetime.

The cast of this film includes the director, Suria, Latha, MC Siva, Kumari, Kalaivijaya, Mowna Sri, Lavanya, Tharmaraj and Shangkarry.

The team, which is open to criticism, believes that newcomers like them should be encouraged and warmly welcomed in order for them to pursue their dreams.
