There’s nothing quite like a murder mystery to captivate and engross the audience.
A film by Nanthakumar Rajagopal, aptly titled Alikalan appeared to be heavily inspired by a disease namely ‘Inversion Illusion’ surrounding the murders. What’s been going on in the house since, is a bit of a mystery.
This film is based on the much-hyped Aadhi’s murder case. The killer has left no evidence except a note on the floor and before the murder is about to be investigated further, the post-mortem report is out. Inspector Niran and Constable Nathan realise that this is the work of a serial killer and they must find out the pattern of selecting the victims and the identity of the murderer before it’s too late.
Saathish Kumar, Chandhine Kaur, Mukesh, Kugenthiran, Sashi Kumar, and Sithartha are among the cast featured in the short film. The entire cast really gave it their all in their respective roles and proved that they are multi-talented. Not to miss out, Aadhi had taken on a challenging role as a blind man, thus proving himself as a capable actor!
