As children with autism continue to make headlines for their gifting, talents and skills, Rashwin Kalithas is no exception to this and his story has gone viral, touching the hearts of many while giving them a glimmer of hope to discover and make full use of their talents.

Rashwin, 4 was born with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). People with autism have great potential to make a difference in the world and society to which they live in. These minds are blessed with exceptional brilliancy and can even solve some of the world’s complexities. Rashwin’s incredible god given talent will send shivers down your spine. Be amazed as you scroll down this article.

Despite the challenges and obstacles present in those with autism, this young boy has astounded us by identifying 198 national flags across the world in 9 minutes and 54 seconds, as witnessed by the Malaysia Book Of Records (MBOR) panel, which was conducted a few weeks ago through the Zoom application.

Surprisingly, Rashwin’s skill surpassed the mark set by a normal five-year-old kid who identified 147 national flags in 15 minutes this year.

According to MBOR consultant Edwin Yeoh, “the autistic boy’s accomplishment is indeed gratifying. We are extremely happy to witness the record he set, as well as to make Malaysia’s name known all over the world.”

The certificate was handed over to Rashwin who was accompanied by his parents, S. Kalithas, 40, dan B. Krishnarani, 36 at the Headstart Academy based at the Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC).

According to Utusan, Reshwin’s mother said her youngest son had become much more attentive when it came to the identification of the world flag when he was just two and a half years old. He develop his curiosity and interest in world flags after reading a book belonging to his older brother. His family were taken by a huge surprise after he managed to identify as many flags as possible in 9 minutes and 54 seconds.

Kudos to Rashwin who has made our nation proud. Here’s to your streak! Keep it up!
