The year 2021 will be remembered as one of the years in which our beauty queens will have the opportunity to spread their wings and fly to greater levels. Malaysia’s delegate has undoubtedly made everyone proud by putting our country’s name on the global scene.
Fun fact, all of the representatives for the year 2021 are Indians!
Let’s take a look at the four divas who, with their distinct beauty and wisdom, have proudly flown the Malaysian flag high.
1. Poorani Rajoo (Miss Intercontinental Malaysia 2021)
This 25-year-old Malaysian who hails from Kula Lumpur, Poorani’s selection is ideal since she represents the continent and is a greatfit for the Miss Intercontinental 2021 pageant in Egypt. She has been a standout performer since the start of the pageant and was a strong candidate for the national championship.
At the Miss Intercontinental 2021 Finals, the gorgeous Poorani Rajoo performed an outstanding job and ranked in the Top 20.
2. Lishalliny Kanaran (Miss Grand Malaysia 2021)
Lishalliny Kanaran, who is no stranger to the pageant world, stunned everyone with her magnificent outfit inspired by the tale of the 7 Ancient Princesses of Ulek Mayang during the latest edition of Miss Grand International held in Thailand last year.
Lishalliny won the title of Best National Costume in that important pageant programme as a result of her outstanding outfit.
3. Lavanya Sivaji (Miss World Malaysia 2021)
This 26-year-old doctor was elected Miss World Malaysia in a virtual ceremony on 16th October last year, beating out 38 other candidates, and represented Malaysia in the Miss World 2021 finals in Puerto Rico.
Lavanya made it to the quarter finals and was chosen into the Top 40 of Miss World by the judges.
4. Malveen Kaur (Miss Globe Malaysia 2021)
Malveen Kaur, a 28-year-old model and fashion designer from Senai, Johor, will represent Malaysia at the Miss Globe 2021 pageant on 5th November, 2021 in Tirana, Albania.
The Bunga Project founder’s communication skills are excellent which resulted her triumph in the “Head to Head Challenge” which is a validation of her public speaking ability.
5. Priya Simmi (Mrs Malaysia World)
Priyaa Simmi was elected Mrs Malaysia World 2019 on November 16 and she continued her pageant journey to Las Vegas a week later to compete in the Mrs. World 2019 international pageant.
The 25-year-old beauty queen is also a creative businesswoman who owns a security firm, a beauty salon, an online store, and a stroke rehabilitation centre.
