This tune is a slap in the face for all the misogyny women are subject to, and is indeed what’s needed for this day and age. The lyrics, penned by Maney Villainz and Kash, question why people are bent on telling women what to do, wear, how to behave, how to act and even how to sit.
The video itself exudes a rebellious vibe, with some great choreography and brilliant art direction. The concept, editing and direction of the video are all by Kash himself, hence the superb end product!
Shamini’s rap comes naturally and her attitude in the music video is exactly what this song needs to give patriarchy a kick in the nuts with Rockstar. We cannot wait to see what she comes up with next!
