Nayanthara has managed to hone her skills as an actor over the years and now partakes in more elaborate and convoluted roles. (Yes, no more playing below average IQ girl who walks in slow motion as yellow flowers fall from nearby trees)
In her upcoming movie ‘Airaa’ directed by Sarjun KM, Nayanthara plays a dual role. The first is a village girl with dusky skin tone (because village girls can’t afford Fair & Love*^) called Bhavani and the other is a homely, jasmine-flower yielding ‘ordinary girl’ (In the words of Director Sarjun KM) called Yamuna.
The film is produced by Kotapadi J Rajesh under the production banner KJR Studios and see Kalaiyarasan and Yogi Babu in the main lead roles.
