From the beginning, Mudhal Kadhal song’s exquisite harmony will certainly sweep you away.
During the pandemic, we witnessed the emergence of numerous hidden talents in various fields that have been unveiled to the world through a sleuth of opportunities created by many individuals throughout many platforms.
Recently, NBV Talents, a group of new singers which was formed from a singing challenge has now debuted with a mesmerising single that completely focuses on vocal power.
Helmed by Vinesmaran Sivalingam, this Jey Raggaveindra harmonious musical was penned by Gowri Arumugam and performed by 8 new singers of NBV Talents embraced by Tarini Ramamoorthy, Semitaa Sivam, Sharvienraaj Velukumaran, Mogana Vadhna Suntrakumar, Janarthanathan Pathmanathan, Kevin Santana Anthony, Vikneshwaran Arumugam and Priyangga Purushothaman.
Mudhal Kadhal expresses a lovely notion of a first love voyage. The lyrics written by Gowri Arumugam are just simply lovely and pleasant to listen which has perfectly complemented the incredible vocal delivery of all the singers involved.
The main forte and beauty of this single is that it purely emphasises the greatness of voice power without the use of any musical instruments.
The formation of NBV Talents kicked off during the pandemic when Raagawave Production initiated a Nothing But Vocal challenge. About 144 singers participated in this challenge and the finest eight individuals were chosen for this Nothing But Vocal project.
In addition, this group of octaves went through a month of online vocal training and a week of physical workshops to prep for their inaugural debut single.
One of the notable pioneers who kept on nurturing the Tamil music industry, Gowri Arumugam expressed “In my music, I have always wanted to convey positive social messages to society as I believe it is part of my responsibility as an artist. It has been my mission for a long time to create opportunities for new artists by guiding them from zero to recording artists, and I’m so glad that I finally have been able to accomplish this goal.”
