Free iPhone? Shorter working hours? High hourly wages?

Recently, it’s been a buzz all over social media regarding a restaurant offering free iPhones to those who are willing to work as waiters. (Woah, it seems like a great deal isn’t it?)

Kanna Curry House, a local banana leaf restaurant is proposing free iPhone SEs to Malaysians who are keen to work as waiters at any of its outlets for at least six months along with RM10 hourly wages.

Moreover, you can also opt to work Full-time (8 hours per day) or Part-time (4 hours per day) and you will be paid at the end of each week. Aside from that, they have a transportation allowance too!

So far, about five locals have been hired and have received their iPhones after working for a minimum of six months.

The decision came after all seven of its locations urgently sought locals to fill vacancies after 50 of its foreign employees departed to their home countries when the Covid-19 outbreak began.

Recruitment banners displayed at Kanna Curry House restaurant outlets are geared at wooing Malaysians aged 18 to 40 in the Klang Valley.

“The waiter jobs are exclusively for people who can really serve customers,” said Yoga Kannan, the restaurant’s manager.

What are you waiting for? Give it a shot and who knows that you might be the one who hits this big jackpot.

Don’t hesitate to message the restaurant on their official Facebook and Instagram now to apply for this position.
