Introduction to Inner Engineering
A combination of an introduction to Inner Engineering and Isha Kriya. Inner Engineering is a program that offers one the opportunity to explore the deeper dimensions of life through experience and Isha Kriya is a simple yet powerful practice that has the potential to transform the life of anyone who is willing to invest just a few minutes a day.
These free sessions will present 5 – 21 minutes of yoga practices that do not require any fitness level or prior knowledge of yoga.
