Without a doubt, we Malaysians are proud of our students mind-blowing achievement and the resilience that they have shown over the past year. But at the same time, we know that it has been a roller coaster ride for some who are facing numerous challenges to fulfil their dreams.

Sathesh Raj, a Gen Y is making waves with his incredible feat of being pre-accepted to pursue a Master’s in Biology of Extreme Environments at the University of Naples Federico II in Italy.

This is ah-mazing, and congratulations on the selection, Sathesh!

Established in 1224, the University of Naples Federico II is one of the oldest universities in the history of Italy. Federico II is the third University in Italy by the number of students enrolled, but despite its size it is still one of the best universities in Italy and the world, being particularly notable for research; in 2015 it was ranked among the top 100 universities in the world by citations per paper.

But, things aren’t a bed of roses for Sathesh as he does not come from a wealthy family – his savings started to dwindle and of course, with Malaysia’s current situation, turning his lifelong dream into reality is quite the hurdle.

The struggle is real in order for one to afford higher education abroad, especially when you are not born with a silver or a golden spoon in your mouth. – Sathesh

It took approximately SEVEN YEARS for this gentleman to kick start his journey into the world of Astrobiology. His hard work, dedication, and determination throughout the years have taken him to the top and WE (as fellow Malaysians) should be lifting him by extending our support in hopes that he is able to pursue his childhood dream.

Bear in mind that, when you chip in a small amount of money, you’ll be helping this excellent student to reduce his financial burden. Even if it’s a small donation, it’ll surely make a significant impact on the person who needs it the most.

Every small bit of kindness can go a long way – whether it’s RM10 or RM100, you can contribute within your means to support Sathesh to complete his Master’s and become an Astrobiologist. Further information can be found on the Go Get Funding WEBSITE.

On the other hand, those who are keen to donate via ONLINE BANKING, kindly make your online donation as per the below banking details.

BANK: RHB BANK MALAYSIA

ACCOUNT NO.: 11243960017424

SWIFT CODE: RHBAMYKL

Let’s give wings to his dream and let him fly towards a bright future.
