The highly-anticipated Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva is definitely a fantasy movie that should be experienced on the large screen and TODAY is the day cinephiles!

Touted to be part of a cinematic universe called, ‘Astraverse’, the flick is expected to explore eternal swords in Indian mythology through the tale of its modern-day protagonist named Shiva (Kapoor). Helmed by Ayan Mukerji, the film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles. On the other hand, the film also has a much speculated cameo by Shah Rukh Khan, who plays Vanarastra.

The simple tale revolves around Shiva, who can control fire. The trailer indicates him coming in touch with a mystery society that has been shielding divine weapons for centuries. They are looking for his assistance while a chief evil emerges to take control of the maximum ambition of the weapons — the Brahmastra.

Since the official trailer dropped on 15th June, it has kept the fans hooked with the outstanding performances from the stellar casts and also blew our minds with the level of Computer-generated imagery (CGI) in a film that revolves some divine elements.
