The legendary Padmashree Hariharan and Indian playback popstar singer, Benny Dayal have rendered their mellifluous voice to our local Tamil Malaysian movie.
Helmed and written by the ace filmmaker, Karthik Shamalan, the film titled Adai Mazhai Kaalam will be donning the big screens tomorrow – 26th January 2023. This highly anticipated film has already set a considerable benchmark even before its release. This romance genre film has received numerous accolades and appreciation from the international stage.
Adai Mazhai Kaalam revolves around a tale of a young man and the journey of Love in his life to understand the meaning of eternal love and its purp.
Lesser than we know, this film features many big names in the musical production.
From Padmashree Hariharan, popstar Benny Dayal to our very own Malaysian star singers like Mugen Rao, Dhilip Varman, Psychomantra and more have featured in this movie’s music album. There are five tracks in total in this film, 4 of it was produced by the talented Shameshan Mani Maran. Kudos to Shameshan, who passionately crafted every song soulfully.
Ittana Thavam – Padma Shree Hariharan
Touted to be the Soul of the film, Ittana Thavam, was written by Kavinaayagan Yuwaji, this song is just soothing to listen to with its comfortable lyrics. What can we say, Hariharan’s voice is just so magical and mesmerising in this song. (You should listen to this)

Through this song, the director of this film, Karthik Shaamalan has shown another side of himself as a lyricist. Benny Dayal’s peculiar voice tone along with Joanne Jeya John‘s vocal, this upbeat euphonious feel-good song will make you groove along.
