The double blast directors, Haran Kaveri and Shobaan who won tonnes of netizens heart with Metro Maalai, yet again join hands together by presenting a brand new film aptly titled ‘Simple Manusan’ presented by Comrade Pictures.
Known for their raw and realistic approach to filmmaking, this duo hitmakers released the first look-title poster for Simple Manusan on February 1. The sensational visual poster instantly caught the eyes of many.
On Labour Day, they gifted the film enthusiasts by releasing the official teaser of Simple Manusan on their Instagram page.
The directors’ creative and unique approach to delivering the official teaser piques curiosity among netizens. It was simple, fun, and entertaining.

According to the filmmakers, “Simple Manusan” was created during the pandemic when the duo wanted to explore a different type of script, and the theme of urban loneliness kept calling to them. The film explores what modern man truly needs in life, and the filmmakers hope to shed light on the seriousness of urban loneliness, which is often overlooked.
Hindravel Bose who is fondly known for his funny, on-point wits and stand-up comedies, will be playing the lead actor for this film. Apart from him, the captains of this film will be introducing many other talented new faces.
The first-look poster and teaser promise that this upcoming movie will set a new bar in the Malaysian film industry. Together, let’s witness the magic of these two filmmakers soon on the big screen.
This much-anticipated film will be Co-Produced and Distributed by Poketplay Films.
While the release date for this film is yet to be announced, however the first single track from Simple Manusan will be released very soon.
