The story revolves around Sathya, a beggar with a difficult past, who is kidnapped and forcefully forced to have his brain implanted into his lookalike, a multimillionaire named Vijay Gurumoorthy, by Vijay’s business associates who want to take over Vijay’s assets and company. Sathya, who is posing as Vijay, donates Vijay’s assets in an effort to fight poverty. This angers Vijay’s partners, who decide to stop Sathya’s plans.
