Isha Yoga Centre Malaysia has been modelled after great selfless spiritual core beliefs, which are to foster a sense of inner strength, transformation, and enlightenment among the people. Started by Jagadish Vasudev, commonly known as Sadguru, the Isha Foundation is a modern way of fostering spirituality in a rapidly digitalizing society. What was once one man’s ambition has grown to become an international institute, operating in seven countries all around the world, including the U.K. and the U.S. It is a spiritual organisation operated almost entirely by volunteers who have been mesmerised by the teachings and philosophy of Sadhguru.

In conjunction with International Day of Yoga, which will take place on June 21st, Isha Yoga Centre Malaysia has organised a Yoga Carnival on June 24th and 25th. It will be a day filled with learning yoga, meditation, and how to have a yogic perspective on food consumption. These incredible, comprehensively organised events, all aid in giving you a holistic life. You can go to https://idy.ishayoga.live/ for more information on the event.

The word “yoga” essentially means, “that which brings you to reality”. Literally, it means “union.” Union means it brings you to the ultimate reality, where individual manifestations of life are surface bubbles in the process of creation.
– Sadhguru
Meditation or dhyana means to go beyond the limitations of the physical body and the mind. Only when you transcend the limited perspective of the body and mind do you have a complete dimension of life within you. When you are identified as the body, your whole perspective of life will be about survival.
– Sadhguru
Too many people are hungry not because there is dearth of food. It is because there is dearth of love and care in human hearts.
– Sadhguru
