The great actors Vadivelu and Fahadh Faasil will possibly be working together in an upcoming untitled comedic film that is set to be produced by Super Good Films. The two actors have recently been praised for their phenomenal and breathtaking work on Mari Selvaraj’s Maamannan.
The film Maamannan saw the likes of Vadivelu, Fahadh Faasil, and Udhayanidhi Stalin in pivotal roles that explored the deep-rooted reality of caste discrimination in Tamil Nadu’s electoral system. Both Fahadh Faasil’s role as the villanous caste-hindu Rathnavel and Vadivelu’s portrayal of Maamannan, the Dalit politician, were performed incredibly well.
The film is set to release in January 2024, and it will be the debut film for its director. Details on the cast and crew of the film will be announced in the up coming days.
As for Vadivelu, he has just reprised his role as Murugesan in the sequel Chandramukhi 2, which starred Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut. The famed Malayali actor Fahadh also has up-and-coming projects with Alphonse Putheran for the film Paatu as well as Sukumar’s Pushpa 2: The Rule.
