The exceptional Ulagam Awards 2023 took place on October 4, 2023, at the Auditorium Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA). The event, which was aimed at acknowledging and praising the dedication and work of Malaysian Tamil creatives, was aired live on Astro Vinmeen (Ch 202) and Astro GO.
Ulagam Awards 2023 had a wide range of categories as it was designed to award creatives across entertainment mediums such as radio, television, digital, and theater. The amazingly organised award show was hosted by Saint TFC and Vikneswari, with mesmerising performances from Era Dancers, Millennium Art’s Dance Academy, Vehaara Arts Dance Studio, Jay’s Harmonising Band, Battleground Malaysia, and Roshini Balachandran.
