On The Occasion Of Diwali, KTMB Provides Enhanced ETS Service

In line with Diwali celebrations, Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) is providing additional Electric Train Service (ETS) runs from Kuala Lumpur Sentral to Padang Besar. On October 16, Monday, KTMB stated that 630 tickets will be available daily from November 9 to 13. There will be a total of 3,150 tickets available, including business-class coach seats. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 17.

The train leaves Padang Besar at 11 a.m. and arrives at KL Sentral at 4.36 p.m. The train leaves KL Sentral 5.05 p.m. and arrives at Padang Besar at 10.34 p.m. On October 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30 and 31, KTMB is providing a 15% discount on ETS service. The discount is exclusively available to Malaysians. This offer is valid for the first 200 adult travelers on any ETS route, except Business Class.

When purchasing a ticket without a seat, the promo code TRAVELLOKALOKTOBER followed by the date is also necessary. Tickets are available on KTMB website, kiosks and mobile app KITS. For more information, click the link here KTMB.
