Soorya India Festival Happening Again!

Soorya India Festival 2019 will be held on June 15 at 7.30pm at Shantanad Auditorium, Temple Of Fine Arts, Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur.

The main purpose is with a mission of delivering vibrant, youthful, value-oriented productions and music awareness of our youth. It also serves to foster stronger, deeper bonds between the maestros of India and the music, dance and art lovers of Malaysia.

15th June @ 7.30 pm

For 40 years they have been holding the Soorya Festival in India and the Malaysian chapter has been holding the Soorya Indian Festival for the past ten years.

SOORYA INDIA FESTIVAL 2019 will showcase a cross-section of India’s rich cultural heritage in a spectacular celebration of Indian Classical Dance featuring a duet of Pallippuram Sunil (Kathakali) and Paris Laxmi (Bharatanatyam) and a Kuchipudi recital by Reddy Lakshmi.

Malaysian artiste Shalini will be performing Bharathanatyam .

The proceeds will be donated towards ‘Cansurvive Centre Malaysia Berhad, a non-profit organisation that provides guidance and compassionate community support for cancer patients and their family.
