Rooted in the rich tapestry of Hindu mythology and philosophy, Thevaram hymns hold a timeless allure, resonating with themes of divine love, surrender, and transcendence. Composed by revered saints and sages known as the Nayanmars, these sacred verses encapsulate the fervent yearning of the human soul for union with the divine. The competition serves as a platform for devotees and scholars to showcase their mastery of Thevaram recitation, chanting, and musical rendition. Participants will weave their voices into a celestial symphony, offering homage to the divine presences enshrined within the hallowed precincts of the temple.
