Actor Madhavan has long been known for his boyishly good looks, even at the ripe age of 48. The actor posts selfies from time to time on his Instagram account much to the delight of his fans. Yesterday, marking Mother’s Day, the actor posted a picture of himself clean shaven, and Instagram has gone crazy.
Fulfilling his mother’s request, Maddy shaved off his rugged salt and pepper beard. The look was what his upcoming film, Rocketry – The Nambi Effect required, as he is donning the younger version of Indian space scientist Nambi Narayanan.
Madhavan will be traveling to France to complete the filming of Rocketry. The film will be released in Tamil, English and Hindi. The story spans across Narayanan’s days as a graduate student at Princeton University, before exploring his work as a scientist and the false espionage charges placed upon him. This will be Maddy’s directorial debut, which he also headlines along with Simran.
