Ajay Gnanmuthu is assembling the rest of the star cast and crew for this film and an announcement is expected to be out later this month.
Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap made his acting debut with Ajay Gnanmuthu’s Imaikka Nodigal and now he has signed another project with the same director.
Reports are that Anurag Kashyap will be playing an important role in the director’s next film that will have Vikram in the lead role.
The prep work for this untitled project is currently on and the shooting will begin during the first week of June.
Vikram is expecting the release of Gautham Menon directorial Dhruva Natchathiram. It is a spy thriller that has him playing the lead role. The film has Simran, R Parthiepan, Aishwarya Rajesh and Ritu Varma in the star cast.
Written and directed by Gautham Menon, it will have music composed by Harris Jayaraj and cinematography done by Jomon T John, Santhana Krishnan Ravichandran and Manoj Paramahamsa.
He awaits the release of Kadaram Kondan bankrolled by Kamal Haasan under his banner Raaj Kamal Films International Directed by Rajesh Selva. The film has Vikram and Kamal’s daughter Akshara Haasan as the lead pair.
