To inform parents of these curricular changes, the Tamil Foundation has started a program called Tamil Education in the Electronic Age, according to the board’s treasurer Gunasekaran.
The third and second editions of the event, which is being co-hosted by the Tamil Foundation, the Tamil School Management Foundation, and the Malaysian Tamil School Head Teacher Association, will take place in Johor on June 22 and May 18 at the Auditorium SIRIM Kulim (AMREC) Hi-Tech Park in Kedah, respectively.
A.K. Krishnan, the chairman of the discussion on Tamil education in the electronic age, stated that parents will be made aware of the curriculum transformation through three sections on the role of numeracy in the growth of Tamil education.
