Plot and Cast
Rasavathi follows the story of a former criminal doctor and his wife, who seek a peaceful life in Kodaikanal. Their tranquility is disrupted by an inspector with a vendetta, leading to a gripping tale of revenge. The film’s narrative spans various phases in the protagonist’s life, blending romance, action and crime.
In addition to Arjun Das, the movie features a strong ensemble cast including Tanya Ravichandran, Reshma Venkatesh, Sujith Shankar, G.M. Sundar, Sujatha Sivakumar and Ramya Subramanian. Sujith Shankar, known for his role in Maheshinte Prathikaaram, portrays the antagonist, adding depth to the film’s complex emotional landscape of love, anger, revenge and grief.
