Yoga provides a variety of methods, including asanas, pranayama, meditation, mudras, and others, to manage, cure, and treat a variety of health conditions. Many yoga poses are designed expressly to help you see better naturally.

Adomukhisvanasana – Downward Dog

Formation of The Posture
-Start on all fours with your back to a table.
-Keep your knees in line with your hips and your hands under your shoulders.
-Take a breath, then straighten your knees.
-Keep your palms in their original posture.
-Push your heels down if you can, or as a tweak, you can also softly bend your knees.
-Keep your gaze directed toward your navel.
-Hold for as long as it’s comfortable for you.

Benefits : This yoga posture gives strength to your shoulders, arms, legs, and feet. The weight-bearing feature of this asana, which requires you to support your entire body weight between your hands and feet, strengthens the bones and helps to avoid osteoporosis. It helps to improve your eyesight and reduce menopausal symptoms.

Sarvangasana- Shoulder Stand

Formation Of The Posture

-Start on your stomach with your arms by your side.
-Off the floor, raise your pelvis, back, and legs.
-With your palms, support your lower to midback.
-Incorporate some shoulder, torso, pelvic, leg, and foot alignment.
-Look down at your feet while keeping your chin tucked toward your chest.

Benefits :  For those with Stage 1 and Stage 2 thyroid disorders, this pose is advised. It aids in strengthening the core. It enhances one’s sense of equilibrium and it facilitates reverse blood flow, which improves the face’s blood supply, nourishes the skin, and detoxifies the body. This helps to improve your eyesight.

Halasana – Plough Pose

Formation of the posture

-Lean backwards.
-Your palms on the ground next to your body.
-Drop your toes behind you by raising your legs and supporting your lower back.
-Hold the pose for a few breaths.

Benefits : Constipation and stomach issues are resolved by it. Halasana also promotes body fat reduction.
It stimulates organs like the thyroid, kidney, spleen, and pancreas. It lowers excessive blood pressure.
It is beneficial for ladies with menstruation issues. It also can improve your eyesight.

The concept of Yoga is not something new in our culture, our ancestors have performed it for ages. And now more people have started to realise its importance and have started Yoga as part of their wellness journey.
