Luxury hospitality brand Aman has unveiled the summit residences of Aman Residences, Singapore, introducing an exclusive collection of ultra-luxury homes located within The Skywaters, which is set to become Singapore’s tallest building.
Positioned high above the bustling city, the residences are designed as a private urban sanctuary, offering residents a peaceful retreat while remaining at the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, Marina Bay and the future Greater Southern Waterfront.

Meanwhile, Perennial Holdings Executive Chairman and CEO Pua Seck Guan said The Skywaters is steadily taking shape as Singapore’s tallest building, rising to a final height of 305 metres. He added that the Aman Residences, particularly the Sky Villas, represent a vision of sophisticated urban living that embraces tropical design while complementing Singapore’s identity as a “city in a garden.”
