Aanantha and Saran Narayanan have released an incredible Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja’s songs in conjunction with the composer’s 77th birthday earlier this week.
Anand Rajaram, better known as Aanantha has been engaging his followers on social media with multiple covers of evergreen Tamil songs. Thanks to his amazing vocals and carnatic training, the former radio jockey has a solid following in the region for his covers of Tamil classics.
Saran is a Malaysian singer-music producer who is also an established voice over artist. He has composed numerous tracks for local and international artists. The crooner owns Opuz Entertainment, a company that produces jingles and handles voice-overs for advertising needs.
The mashup by the two men includes some of Ilaiyaraaja’s classics from Raja Parvai, Agni Natchathiram and Thalapathi.
