Young talents from various primary and secondary schools in the country who appreciate and value the Tamil language, and is gifted with the skills and knowledge, this is ‘THE’ competition for you!

The Indian Cultural Society (ICS) of Multimedia University (MMU) will be organising one of its major events of the year, Muthamizh Vizha 2020. All Malaysian Tamil students are encouraged to take part in the competition.

Muthamizh Vizha 2020 will take place on the 5th and 6th of December 2020 from 9am to 6pm. To curb the spread of Covid-19, the event will go virtual at Streamyard & ICS MMU Cyberjaya Facebook. The highly anticipated event is mainly organised to assess an individual’s depth of comprehension in the different Tamil fields. It will showcase the elements of Tamil literature, Tamil literacy, and also the richness of the Tamil language.

In addition, the project would give MMU students an opportunity to utilize their leisure time with useful online activities that enrich social responsibility towards the development of the community.

The ultimate online event will create awareness among us as well as others to appreciate our very own Tamil heritage. This would also provide a great opportunity for others to rekindle the spirit and culture of the Tamil community among the students and spread it out as well.

Muthamizh Vizha 2020 also encourages students to demonstrate their skills in organising and managing the event. It would also be a great chance for them to showcase their teamwork qualities in the organisation of the event, rendering the event a success.
