Relaxation Of Restrictions Does Not Imply A Violation Of The Benefits

According to reports on Sunday, following Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s announcement, the relaxation of restrictions for fully vaccinated individuals in states under Phase Two and Phase Three of the PPN came into effect today.

Hence, digital certificates issued via the MySejahtera application for fully vaccinated individuals are available for now.

This does not, however, imply that the general public is free to disregard the restriction. The Ministry of Health (MOH) will take serious measures against anyone who attempts to forge the digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate in the MySejahtera application.

Datuk Dr Noor Azmi Ghazali, its deputy minister, stated that the MOH enforcement division and other authorities take the issue seriously and will take the necessary actions to stop the immoral behaviour.

According to Bernama, he stated during a news conference, “We will investigate. The MOH enforcement division will certainly be more careful in ensuring and checking the authenticity of the vaccination certificates.”
