Indian food with a touch of yoghurt? What would that be like?

Yogurt has an unique role in our Indian cuisine culture.

Almost all Indians will end their meal with a portion of curd with rice or will sip yogurt drinks, best known as “lassi”, which is also ideal for summer.

Curd has a hydrating impact on your skin and naturally treats dry skin. Many people get acne as a result of specific gastrointestinal issues. Curd aids in the development of a healthy, active gut, which contributes to healthy skin. Yogurt is also a wonderful cosmetic component for face packs since it includes lactic acid, which acts as an exfoliant and removes dead skin cells and blemishes.
