This fine dining buffet features tempting dishes that include- unique confit duck legs with herb roast kohlrabi, Brussel sprout, pomegranate gastrique sauce, or pan-roasted salmon with scallops, fennel, edamame, white wine sauce, paired with sweet mouthwatering desserts; caramelized salted crumble, Mont blanc chestnut parfait, 64% ganache, cacao sable with a vegan choice of dessert, cranberry compote.
