Typically in Malaysia, Deepavali is undoubtedly celebrated with considerable grandeur throughout the country, particularly, in locations with large Indian communities. Special trinkets will be used to embellish homes. Shopping malls participate in the fun by hosting various related activities and adorning their establishments. One important aspect of commemorating this auspicious day is to make a Kolam around the home.

It is necessary to buy new garments on Deepavali Day, just as it is for other religious holidays. Deepavali is also a day for visiting distant relatives, exchanging news, dining together, and visiting temples to pray for the smooth running of the world’s affairs. At night, they frequently light off fireworks to add to the joyous atmosphere. On the occasion of Deepavali, here are some of the Deepavali celebration moments of our local Malaysian artists.
