The Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) results are a highly anticipated event in the academic calendar, reflecting the culmination of years of hard work and dedication by students across Malaysia. In 2024, Indian students participating in the SPM examinations have once again showcased their academic prowess, achieving remarkable results that have not only surpassed previous benchmarks but also set new standards of excellence.
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2023 candidates countrywide scored higher than the previous year, according to Education Director-General Azman Adnan. He also stated that the rate of absenteeism for the national examination has decreased due to two years of face-to-face teaching after the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.Azman said 3.1% (11,712) of the candidates did excellently, scoring A+, A- or A in all the subjects they took, an increase from the 2.7% in 2022.
Tamil students had earned a high rank on the list of successful students, alongside their peers.
