Sun Pictures recently posted a photo from Suriya’s upcoming film on Twitter. He is said to be back on the sets of #Suriya40.

Suriya’s character is depicted in the image above where his back is seen facing us, dragging a sword as he moves forward towards a ray of bright light.
Sun Pictures announced in October 2020 that they will produce Suriya’s next Tamil film, which has yet to be titled, with director Pandiraj.
The film’s music will be composed by D.Imman. It has now been revealed that popular cinematographer Rathnavelu, who previously worked on Indian 2, has also been assigned for Suriya 40.
As per the source, the actor is also currently working with Gautham Vasudev Menon on Navarasa as well as other projects.
On the other hand, the actor himself revealed another picture but this time with a gun in his hand on his Instagram handle.
He appears to be dressed in a veshti and has bushy medium-length hair in both the pictures.
Priyanka Arul Mohan, who will make her Kollywood debut alongside Sivakarthikeyan in Doctor, will play the female lead in #Suriya40, it was recently announced.
