GYM BUMPS ALERT! A Fitness First outlet has just announced that one of it’s branch has tested Covid positive and has been ordered to a temporal closure by higher officials for further preventive measures.

The outlet originates from AEON Mall Bukit Tinggi Klang. The authorities of the mall, AEON Retail Malaysia released their official statement regarding the outbreak on their personal Facebook handle-

Its Chief Human Resources Officer & Corporate Communications Director, Dr Kasuma Satria Mat Jadi of Aeon Retail Malaysia stated that;

“We have been informed by the authorities that a customer at Fitness First Platinum Klang Bukit Tinggi at AEON Mall Bukit Tinggi, Klang, has been confirmed Covid-19 positive. He last visited Fitness First on Oct 6 from 3.13pm to 4.40pm. Fitness First has been ordered to shut until further notice. Both Fitness First and AEON are working closely with the authorities. Immediate sanitisation has been carried out in adherence with the Health Ministry’s guidelines.”

The current Covid-19 rate in Selangor is at its highest with 2575 cases with 24 confirmed deaths as of now and 2 more road blocks have been placed in the Klang district with a very tight controlled movement imposed.

The sprouting Covid-19 cases in every mall in the city warns netizens to be aware of the dangerous virus and to avoid going to public places, especially shopping malls for now! Hence, avoid cash transactions for now, sanitise your hands and stay away from close human contact!
