If you’re looking for a fun way to spend your Saturday, guess what the Malaysia Thala Ajith Fan’s Club is up to?
As actor Ajith stated in one of his films, “Nama koode erukkuravangala nama paathukitta nama mele erukuravan namala paathupan” which translates “When we are kind and do good deeds in our community and surroundings, God will take care of us.” This is a dialogue from the film Veeram.
With that said, members of the Malaysia Thala Ajith Fan Club are organising a fun event called Vallimai Go-Kart Racing on December 18th, 2021 at City Karting Shah Alam, Selangor. This event is not only for fun, but also to raise funds for a Tamil school in Banting, Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Tamil) Sungai Sedu.
Those who wish to participate in this event must pay a RM100 entry fee. The event organisers would like all participants to be fully vaccinated in order to be protected from the circulating coronavirus variants.
Before purchasing tickets, make sure you’ve been double-vaccinated and that you’ve passed the 14-day (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, or Sinovac vaccine) or 28-day (Johnson & Johnson, or CanSino vaccine) post-vaccination period.
Because it is a racing event, winners will receive medals and certificates. Those who come in first, second, and third place would receive RM450, RM250, and RM150, respectively. Not to forget all winners from the 4th to 20th place will also receive medals and certificates.
Most of us are aware that Ajith is not only an actor, but also one of the few Indians who had taken part in various international arena race car championships and in Formula One championships. Hence, the Malaysia Thala Ajith Fan Club decided to organise this Go-Kart Racing in honouring Thala Ajith’s passion for racing.
