Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil Ladang Labu Bhg 4 has recently been allocated a generous 6-acre plot of land for the construction of its new building. The land will be handed over to the school’s board of governors (LPS) for the construction of a new school building, marking a significant step in strengthening educational infrastructure within the rapidly developing area.
The Malaysian Vision Valley (MVV) project is a large-scale township development covering approximately 2,382 acres of land, incorporating industrial, commercial, and residential components.

The project received approval from the Negeri Sembilan State Government in December last year, with early discussions already highlighting the need to reserve land for educational purposes, including for SJKT Ladang Labu Bhg 4. Authorities believe the MVV township is expected to develop into a major urban centre in the coming years, attracting more families, including many from the Indian community, who are expected to settle in the area.
With this anticipated population growth, the newly allocated 6-acre site is seen as essential for the school’s long-term development and to accommodate rising student enrolment.

Arul Kumar, the Member of Parliament for Negeri Sembilan, announced this pivotal decision, expressing his strong belief that the relocation, along with the establishment of a modern, purpose-built school building, will greatly enhance the educational environment for both teachers and students. He noted that these improvements are expected to not only provide better facilities and resources but also to promote a more inviting atmosphere that encourages increased enrollment, ultimately enriching the educational experience at SJKT Ladang Labu Bhg 4.
