Kisshaen Ananthan, Navin Das Arokiadass, along with Muhd Nazri Yunus, were part of the Malaysian squad for the Asia 7s Championship 2024. Kisshaen Ananthan is a full-time player for JDT Futsal, while Navin Das Arokiadass plays professionally for Kuala Lumpur City Futsal. Muhd Nazri Yunus, on the other hand, is a part-time player for Canaan Football Club. Their participation added to the strength and diversity of the team, showcasing the talent of these exceptional athletes.
In the semifinals, Malaysia faced a tough challenge against a formidable Japan team. Despite their best efforts, Malaysia fell short, losing 3-0 to Japan in a hard-fought match. However, the team demonstrated resilience and determination, bouncing back to secure a third-place finish in the championship.
