When former porn star, Sunny Leone, decided to go down South with her acting career, Tamil cinema welcomed her with open arms. The Canadian actor spends more time in Mumbai now after successfully penetrating B-town and winning her audience over. 37 year old Sunny has been receiving multiple film offers in Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil; and one of it is a political themed Tamil film.
Sunny is currently filming a multi-lingual film titled ‘Veeramadevi’ under the direction of V.C. Vadivudaiyan in which she plays the role of an ancient warrior princess.
The director of ‘Veeramadevi’, V. C. Vadivudaiyan has announced that Sunny Leone will be playing the lead role in his next movie as well. Sunny will be playing the role of a Tamil Nadu politician and the official announcement of this project will be out soon.
Sunny seems to be having her hands full with South India cinema projects as she has been casted into Rangeela (Malayalam), Ayogya (Telugu) and Mammootty’s upcoming film Madhura Raja.
